Our Supply Chain Department in Chennai (India) is looking for a

Executive Purchase

Your Responsibilities:
• TO convert all the Purchase Requests into Purchase Orders as per SOP
• TO maintain and update the safety stock as per capacity planning in the SAP system
• Follow up with the supplier for Colour submission, Documentation & Delivery
• Follow up with EXIM & forwarder for on time shipment consolidation & Delivery
• Responsible for on time delivery of Raw material to achieve RM OTIF
• Daily Status update on Open / Closed & Pending PO for all the Vendors
• To Prepare and send the KANBAN Report on Weekly Basis
• Perform other duties assigned by the Purchase Manager from time to time
• Planner specific duties & responsible for the following reports
• Price Maintenance.

Your ideal profile:
• 2+ years of experience in raw material purchase
• Textile or Apparel Industry
• Fluent English & Tamil added advantage.
