Time zone - 10.30 PM to 7.30 AM - USA (West Coast)
Salary - 6-8 LPA

Job Overview
The person will have to support the administrative actions for all pre-sales, post-sales, order shipments, customer issues & enquiries.
The individual will be talking to the customers over meetings/phone/email support for customer queries or any other support required.
He/She must work internally to channel the action to the right person inside the company from sales/BU or deployment or operations or engineering based on the query.
He/She must make sure the customer gets a resolution in a certain amount of time irrespective of Internal hiccups.
The person should be at ease while working across multiple time zones, especially in the US pacific time zone.
He/ She will also be responsible for ensuring that all the customers purchase orders are processed by the team in time across the globe and status update is being sent by the sales admin to the customer promptly till the parts are delivered. The ability to do documentation, communication clarity and crisp information sharing is key for this position. So extremely strong communication skills and an organized workflow will be integral to success in this position.
Responsibilities
Creates sales quotations and sales orders in SAP
Works with customers on requests on order status (planned ship dates, tracking info, invoices),
Sets up new customers in the system, including ensuring all required documentation is complete and securing information for credit review by the Finance team
Tracks Sales orders for fulfilment; monitors and updates SAP ship/delivery dates against Customer - Request dates against planned factory ship dates and expected delivery dates.
Works with customers on obtaining information on defective/damaged products such as customer grievances, nature of the defect(s), serial numbers, pictures etc.
Prepares RMA Form (Return Material Authorization), Service Call, Return Request & updates the RMA Tracker
Supports documentation work for logistics & shipping (domestic and international) such as packing slips, Commercial Invoice
Generates sales reports as needed
Assists office manager in administrative matters
Adheres to the company Values and Ethics Policy
Performs other relevant assignments as required by the immediate supervisor
Qualifications
Graduate degree, preferably in business or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in QuickBooks or an ERP system like SAP is a definite plus with regards to order entry and various queries
Organized, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in flexible environments item codes and other information needed to create sales
quotes and sales orders are not always provided, so the person will need to be sensitive to this detail
and proactive in finding out the right solution
Good presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
