About The Role
Working Hours: Flexible across the week to fit around other commitments. Must be able to commit to training 3+ hours per week (see below)

Contract Type: Temporary (12 months)

Teaching/Training qualification (desirable)
Overview:

MAES (Manchester Adult Education) are looking to expand their team of trainers to deliver the Let's Talk About Race programme. No prior teaching experience? No problem – if you're eager to learn and passionate about the topic, they'll provide full training and continuous support. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities:

Commit to 3+ hours per week
Example 1- Every Tuesday 9.30am-12.30 (3 hours)
Example 2- Every other Tuesday 9.30am-12.30 and Friday morning 9.30am-12.30 (6 hours)
Example 3- Three afternoons a week 1.30-4.30pm (9 hours)
Deliver training, most of which is 3 hour sessions online on teams to council employees
Attend training sessions with own Manager to get ready to deliver/standardise approach
Attend any training relevant to the role (i.e. neurodiversity)
Arrange and attend peer observations (quality assurance and improvement)
Send out training joining instructions calendar invites
Complete training registers
Complete training evaluations

What we will need from you if you're successful
