About the Role

Collegehai is seeking an immediate joiner for the role of Business Development Associate (BDA). This is an excellent opportunity for motivated freshers to start their career in sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up on potential leads.
• Present Medway’s services in a clear and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions.

Candidate Profile
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (prior experience in Sales/BD will be an advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
