Job Description
To support the Chief Executive Officer and function in a secretarial role.
Responsibilities:
Manage periodic reports of a team.
Manage documentation, files and reports.
Coordination of all travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and visas, initiating and arranging complex travel arrangements and itineraries.
Extensive diary management, scheduling of meetings and calls, organizing events, hospitality arrangements.
Attend meetings as required and take minutes.
Organize / summaries papers and reports, conducting additional research when necessary to ensure Country Head have knowledge and possession of all relevant information.
Drafting letters and notices on behalf of the CEO.
Expenses management and preparation.
Manage departmental inventory.
Preparing, consolidating and analyzing MIS reports.
Develop efficient control processes for the office.
Handling sensitive and confidential information.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations to advanced standards.
Prioritize and manage tasks and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Handles a broad range of complex responsibilities including assembling and analyzing information, compiling reports.
Requirements

Must be flexible with office hours on short notice to accommodate an early start or late evening depending upon business needs.
Knowledge of the NGO industry is an added advantage.
Overall Experience & Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Minimum - 5 years of relevant experience as a secretary or administrative assistant at senior management level
