Roles and Responsibilities
• Ensuring timely bookings and confirmations are delivered to the Managers, Guests and Field staff as per SOP and within budget limit.
• Hotel bookings for marketing/sales staff and guests.
• Travel bookings for marketing/sales staff and guests.
• Arrangement of training halls for training programs.
• Negotiation with hotels and travel vendors for Pan India cities.
• Air travel bookings and billing.
• Ensuring timely payment to vendors.
