Roles and Responsibility
Responsibilities
• Ensure the facility is managed well including all compliances.
• Renewal of various contracts including office.
• Ensure all tasks like welcoming guests, stationary, cleanliness of pantry and tea coffee machines are done in the best way.
• Vendor Management – selecting the best ones, min. costs, timely processing of the bills etc.
• Ensuring admin spends are done within the budgets.
• Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like files, attendance etc..
• Ensure warm welcome to the new joiners, i-card, visiting cards, laptops to be given on time.
• Ensure New joiners’ orientation and training is done (allocate training on LMS and setting up meetings) maintain and ensure training trackers are completed.
• Update internal databases with new hire information.
• Manage HR related activities as and when needed that can be related to recruitment, training, employee engagement etc.
• Tie up with various agencies (restaurants, shops, gyms, hospitals etc.)
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
• Manage Rewards & Recognition program end to end.
• Organizing fun activities
• Organizing quarterly get-togethers for the employees
• Manage housekeeping team.
• Query and Grievance handling.
Requirements and skills
• 3-8 years of experience.
• Good experience in managing the site is necessary
• Experience of both HR and admin is highly desirable.
• Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Experience using spreadsheets
• Organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
