Job Description
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team in the deliverance of Ōpōtiki District Council’s overall objectives. You will also provide back-up support to the Executive Assistant & Governance Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and administrative preparation of meetings
Arranging and providing logistical services for meetings
Minute taking
Monitoring and disseminating correspondence
Managing diaries and appointment making
Holding positive internal and external relationships
About You
For this role, you will have previous experience in a similar role. Strong typing and minute taking skills are essential. You will be an excellent communicator able to interact with a diverse range of people and have an understanding of Tikanga Māori.
Ideally, You Will Have:
Excellent grammar, written and verbal skills
Maintain high levels of confidentiality
High level of computer literacy using Microsoft Office
A minimum of 3 years of applicable work experience in a related field
