Job Description
Looking for HR MANAGER who will be eesponsible for managing entire gamut of HR activities which primarily include SALES TEAM recruitment, training & talent development, statutory compliance, HR initiatives for people development, training to employees, Employee retentions etc.
Location- Bhubaneswar
Experience from FMCG Food and Beverages are required.
Responsibilities & Key Result Areas:
Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle operations and performance management of the mandates and to ensure that quality service standards are maintained at all times.
Extensive and smart use of tools such as recruitment resources, Linkedin and other social ,talent acquisition tools for optimized search and selection of the right candidates.
Sourcing resumes from portals, taking initial interviews, handling Joining, salary negotiations etc.
Maintaining day to day tracker & performance tracker as well.
Managing the hiring process
Administrative functions, Employee Verifications, Attendance & Leave management, Exit formalities
Manage the Employee lifecycle in organization from Selection to Exits
Responsible for Talent Acquisition FOR SALES TEAM at all Middle level/ Senior Level positions as per deadlines
Accountable for Business Human Resource goals such as retention and employee engagement, performance management and employee relations
Responsible for policy interpretation and grievance resolution process
Active involvement in disseminating of Company Code, Values and policies impacting employees in general.
