Our ideal candidate is a Executive Assistant, capable of assisting multiple people with varying management styles and needs. Immediate tasks will be broad and will include:
High level day to day operational and administrative support for the Director and their wider team, including coordinating internal and external meetings and diary management.
Coordinating travel and accommodation requirements.
Reconciliation of monthly expenses.
Assist in coordination of internal team events & client events where required.
Preparation and formatting of agendas, reports, and presentations.
Management of filing, archiving, scanning, storage management and general administration.
Assisting with the induction and on-boarding of new starters in the team, including liaising with IT.
Point of contact for visiting interstate employees.
Liaising with different stakeholders to ensure effective communication and requirements are met amongst the team.
Other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
What are we looking for?
Someone who can work autonomously on your everyday tasks, whilst also being engaging, responsive and supportive when working as part of a team. You need to be confident to ask questions, be open to feedback and able to work with multiple management styles. You will have at least 3+ years' experience as an Assistant and advanced Microsoft suite skills.
