Job Overview:
We are looking for a Website Management and IT - Executive to join our growing team at Transcending Horizons Pvt Ltd. This role involves the maintenance, optimization, and daily management of our website, ensuring a seamless user experience. You will work closely with the marketing, design, and IT teams to ensure the website is aligned with the company’s goals and brand, and continues to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Content Management:
• Update and maintain website content, including text, images, product listings, and other media.
• Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the company’s brand and messaging.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to update blogs, articles, and news updates on the website.
Site Monitoring & Maintenance:
• Regularly monitor website performance, ensuring there are no technical issues like broken links or slow loading times.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams.
• Ensure that the website is consistently live and operational.
SEO and Performance Optimization:
• Implement on-page SEO practices to improve visibility and ranking in search engines.
• Optimize the website for speed, usability, and mobile responsiveness.
• Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to track website performance, providing insights for improvement.
User Experience (UX):
• Analyze user behavior and collaborate with the design team to enhance website navigation, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Ensure the website delivers a seamless and engaging experience for users across all devices.
Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure timely updates and improvements to the site.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for special promotions, landing pages, and campaign tracking.
• Assist in implementing new features, product updates, and changes to the website.
Analytics & Reporting:
• Assist in generating and analyzing reports on website traffic, performance, and conversion rates.
• Provide actionable insights based on analytics to improve user engagement and overall site performance.
Security and Compliance:
• Monitor the security of the website, ensuring it follows best practices and is protected against vulnerabilities.
• Help ensure that the website complies with industry-specific regulations and data protection policies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 6 months - 2 years of experience in website management, content management, or digital marketing.
Remuneration (CTC) - upto 5lpa (based on experience)
Technical Skills:
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
• Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to ensure accuracy in website content
