Location: Sanand
Purpose Of The Role
Required candidate for Payroll Operation Function.
Candidate willing to travel in Plant locations.
Must Knowledge about Income Rules & Regulations
Good Data Analysis
Must Knowledge about End to End Payroll Cycle
Job Responsibilities
Proficiency in knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English & local language.
Ability to interact with employees in a professional manner
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Preferred Good Knowledge Of SAP Application’s
Managing end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
Developing systems to process payroll transactions, coordinating timekeeping systems, and overseeing payroll changes and system upgrades.
Gathering timesheet data, calculating wages, preparing pay slips, and maintaining accurate records
Good Knowledge of Income Tax Rule & Regulations
Taking appropriate decision for updation with policies & supporting documents.
Respond to Employees and client inquiries and Assist in month end closing activities and other projects as needed
Good Knowledge of Compliance
