Basic Function
• Sound knowledge in HR Outsourced operations - HR shared services/HRO/H2R concepts/HR Backend from outsourced industries
Essential Functions
• 0-2 years’ experience on HR backend operations in Hire to Retire Life Cycle
• Any non-accounting process experience also holds good
• Good knowledge of Hire to Retire processes & applications in the US/UK market
• Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good Communicational, Interpersonal, Analytical and Problem Solving skills
