Job description

Are you an experienced dental administrator with leadership skills and a passion for creating an exceptional patient experience? Dental Health Clinic is looking for a professional, motivated, and organized individual to lead our front desk operations.

What are we looking for?

Candidates should have 3 years of Canadian dental experience before applying. Experience with tracker preferred (training will be given)
Strong understanding of treatment planning and dental procedures
Passionate, energetic and trusting team player willing to learn.
Excellent customer service skills.
Great attitude and excellent work ethic.
Familiarity with tracker software
Must have great written and verbal skills.
There is opportunity for growth within the business.

Responsibilities

Greeting patients with a positive attitude.
Processing patients at front desk and scheduling future appointments.
Answering and screening phone calls
Coordinating Insurance benefits
Follow up with patients for treatment and re-care.
Support the treatment coordinator and hygiene coordinator.
Monitor the schedule to plan an optimal day.

Schedule

This is full-time role
35 Hours, Evening until 7pm Saturdays are must from 7:45pm-4pm.
Job Type: Full time

Salary: Based on experience of the individual /to be discussed.
