Job Description
An experienced senior accountant is required to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Responsibilities:
• Perform daily accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and income tax regulations
• Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate year-end closing processes
• Mentor junior accountants and improve internal processes
• Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing or pharma
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
