We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Devour Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting processes. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our commitment to excellence in both service and operations.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
Utilize accounting software such as Xero .
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
