About the Position:
Our client, an established and dynamic Chicago law firm, has an exceptional opportunity for a commercial finance lawyer to join as a partner (or senior associate, depending on experience) and spearhead the firm’s commercial lending practice. This firm has an impressive mix of clients, including commercial banks and traditional C&I lenders, private credit funds, and corporate borrowers, and its practice includes broad and sophisticated complex secured and unsecured lending transactions.

· Represent commercial banks, private credit funds, and middle-market businesses in M&A and reorganizations
