As an Employment Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch legal advice and representation to clients on a wide array of contentious and non-contentious employment-related matters. Your responsibilities will include advising on:
• Employment contracts
• Discrimination
• Unfair dismissal
• Settlement agreements
• Employment policies
To excel in this role, you will ideally have the following qualifications and qualities:
• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years of post-qualification experience
• A demonstrable track record of success in handling employment law cases
• Used to representing clients in final hearing tribunals
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
