Financial Management Professional Wanted
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced financial management professional to manage the financial records and accounting processes of our operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or retail sector.
The role is crucial to maintaining accurate financial data, supporting business decisions, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including sales entries, purchases, expenses, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
• Maintain accurate records of petty cash, supplier payments, and customer receivables.
• Track and report branch-wise performance, inventory movement, and cost control.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
• Monitor cash flow, generate profit and loss statements, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Reconcile POS reports with bank and accounting records regularly.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
