Our firm is a Personal Injury law firm situated in Markham, currently seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Lawyer to join our team.
Experience in settling files, conducting and attending examinations for discovery, mediations, motions, etc., drafting legal documents for Court and Tribunal, attending LAT hearings.
We are looking for a strong candidate who thrives on settling files and can handle a large volume of files.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
At least three (3) years experience in handling and settling Accident Benefit and Tort files from start to finish.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Called to the Ontario Bar.
Licence in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Salary: from $90,000.00 to 120,000 a year plus Commission.
