Position Summary
VCAJ’s Tax & Regulatory services verticalis in expansion mode. It offers consulting in niche services such as Corporate Law, Exchange Control Regulations, Corporate Restructuring, and inbound as well as outbound investment structure designing and implementation. You will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex tax issues from strategy to execution. You are expected to have a keen interest in researching thoroughly first to provide the best solutions to the clients.
For this role, we’re looking for a qualified CA/CMA/CS with at least 2 years of experience
The key responsibilities include the following
Have a clear understanding of the client’s requirements
Pitch multiple solutions after thorough research
Demonstrate strong and detailed knowledge of the services offered
Ensure that all work deliverables are dealt in line with the agreed terms and on time
Client Management:
Ensure proactive and transparent communication, provide high-quality output, and be responsible for building relationships.
Personal attributes and experience:
Research oriented
Out-of-the-box solutions leading to resolving problems and achieving specific goals
The ability to build strategic relationships with clients
Experience in encouraging a culture of continuous service improvement
Ability to meet deadlines
Good communication skills
Positive attitude, Strong inter-personal skills, and a team player
Qualifications Required:
Qualified CA/CMA/CS with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Benefits
An annual package of Rs. 6 – 10 lacs p.a + performance bonus + special bonus. Alongside, a one-time joining bonus of Rs. 50k to 1 L.
