Job Description
As a Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney at So Cal Realty Law, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of private clients with issues relating to real estate fraud, mortgage transactions, residential and commercial leases, quiet title and partition actions, and more. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional legal representation and develop effective case strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant laws and regulations
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in a timely manner
Prepare and present cases in court, negotiating settlements when necessary
Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
At least 5 years of experience in real estate litigation
Strong knowledge of California state and federal laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
