Your Role:
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with buyers, vendors and the community
Prepare appraisals and listing documents
Attend building and pest inspections, property photography, valuations and buyer appointments
Manage buyer enquiries and follow up on leads
Manage and oversee the buyer journey from enquiry to sale
Assist with property viewings and open homes
Liaise with vendors and buyers
Collaborate with our close-knit, dedicated team where your contributions are truly valued
Potential to list your own properties
What We Offer:
Competitive earning potential of $150k - $200k
A supportive and collaborative work environment
Hands-on learning from a respected agent known for outstanding client care
Requirements:
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must hold a real estate certificate and have reliable transport
Previous real estate experience in the role is essential
Availability to work Saturdays with a weekday off
