Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and appear before various courts and arbitral proceedings in civil commercial litigation, arbitration, and other forums.
• Manage and handle complex civil & commercial dispute matters.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in civil commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
• Familiarity with construction/engineering disputes is highly desirable.
