We are looking for a competent person for managing our sales and marketing of our company.
Responsibilities:
· Build relationships with key employees among customers
· Create plans to address clients’ business needs
· Advise clients on their requirements and provide offers.
· Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
· Make up-sell or cross-sell services and products
· Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
· Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
· Follow sales and revenue targets for sales team.
· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs
Please note; Fluent spoken English is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Commission pay
• Overtime pay
Education:
• Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
• Business Development: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
• Driving Licence (Preferred)
