Do you want to make a difference and deliver exceptional service to the City of Perth’s community and visitors? We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team of Superstar Customer Experience Officers.
About the role:
Provide first class customer service when assisting customers across various channels including concierge, telephone, social media and email
Assist customers by providing up-to-date information on the City’s activities, events and current matters
Deliver high standards of service by meeting KPIs, seeking feedback, working collaboratively, and participating in training
About you:
Can work well in a team, and independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to navigate numerous systems to support our customers
Experience in frontline customer service and familiar with delivering service expectations
Ability to prioritise tasks

Eligibility
To be eligible to work for us, you will need to demonstrate:
