As we expand our presence in Marlborough, we are now seeking Expressions of Interest from talented engineering and project professionals who want to be part of this nationally significant programme.

Site Engineers
Project Engineers
Senior Project Engineers
Project Managers
About the Opportunities

These roles will sit at the heart of an ambitious, multi‑year marine and civil infrastructure programme. Whether you’re early in your career or a seasoned project leader, you will play a crucial part in delivering high‑quality work across structures, marine, earthworks, utilities, and complex staging.

Depending on your experience, your contribution may include:

Coordinating and delivering work packages across marine, civil, structural, and utilities
Leading planning, methodology development, and day‑to‑day site management
Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and project interfaces
Driving quality, safety, and environmental excellence across site operations
Developing programmes, monitoring progress, and solving engineering challenges
Managing budgets, forecasting, and assisting with commercial delivery
Supporting the development of junior engineers and building strong team culture
Working closely with the client, consultants, and multiple stakeholder groups
Contributing to a project that enhances resilience and connection between both islands

About You

We’re interested in hearing from people with:

Experience in civil, marine, structural, or major infrastructure projects
Strong planning, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
A collaborative, down‑to‑earth working style
A commitment to safety and high‑quality delivery
Relevant engineering tertiary qualifications
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset
