Key Responsibilities:
• Statutory Audits: Lead and execute statutory audits for clients across various sectors, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and other regulatory requirements.
• Tax Audits: Manage and execute tax audits as per the Income Tax Act, including detailed analysis of financial statements, preparation of reports, and ensuring timely compliance.
• NBFC Audits: Conduct audits for Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), ensuring adherence to RBI regulations, and preparing detailed audit reports.
• Limited Reviews: Execute limited reviews as per SEBI requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Internal Control Assessment: Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Client Management: Interact with clients to understand their business processes and provide insights and solutions during the audit process.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the audit team, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in Statutory and Tax Audits.
• Proven experience in NBFC Audits and Limited Reviews is a must.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client management.
