The Externship Program
The Peerlyft Externship Program is designed to provide students with hands-on exposure to real world business functions by working directly with the founding team.
This is a highly selective program aimed at students who want to go beyond theoretical learning and gain practical experience in strategy, finance, and growth.
Externs will play an active role in building and scaling Peerlyft while developing core business skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Peerlyft Extern, you will:
Learn and execute user acquisition by introducing students to mentorship opportunities
Build and implement campus growth and engagement strategies
Gain hands-on experience in outreach, conversion, and funnel management
Develop ownership by managing the end-to-end student experience as a POC
Work closely with the founding team on high-impact growth initiatives
Obtain constant guidance and assistance from Peerlyft team at all steps.
Compensation & Benefits:
Top-performing Externs have the potential to earn: Up to ₹40,000 per month
