Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements and maintenance tasks, while also focusing on the development of new features to meet client needs. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions, ensuring that the application functions optimally and meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to continuously improve the development process and deliver exceptional results. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Qualified & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development life cycle.- Experience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.- Familiarity with Apex programming and Visualforce pages.- Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing model. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
