✅ META ADS EXPERT – JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Meta Ads Expert (Facebook & Instagram)
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for traffic, conversions, catalog sales, and retargeting.
Conduct audience research and build custom and lookalike audiences based on website traffic, customer lists, and behavior.
Develop full-funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF) tailored to our brand’s growth objectives.
Collaborate with the design team to create high-performing ad creatives (images, videos, carousels).
Write compelling, on-brand ad copy and headlines.
Implement and manage Facebook Pixel and Conversions API integrations.
Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and custom dashboards.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and suggestions.
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years of experience in running successful Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Commerce Manager.
Solid understanding of e-commerce marketing funnels and performance KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM.
Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce platforms is a strong plus.
Expertise in Facebook Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversions API setup.
Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably.
Knowledge of ad policy compliance, account recovery, and ad disapprovals.
Bonus: Meta Blueprint Certified or similar certifications.
Preferred Tools Knowledge:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
UTM tracking and performance attribution
Creative brief tools (like Canva, Figma, or working with designers)
Madgicx, Revealbot, Triple Whale, or other automation/reporting platforms

What strategy would you follow if ROAS starts dropping consistently?

Can you walk me through how you set up a dynamic product ad campaign?
How do you decide between using campaign budget optimization (CBO) or ad set budgets?
3. Performance Analytics
How do you measure success across different campaign objectives?
Which metrics do you prioritize for scaling and which ones indicate campaign fatigue?
4. Technical Know-How
Explain how you’d install and verify the Facebook Pixel and Conversions API.
What do you do if your ad account gets disabled?
5. Creative Judgment
Can you show me some of your best-performing creatives and explain what worked?
How often should creatives be refreshed? How do you identify creative fatigue?
6. Scenario-Based
Suppose you’re spending ₹10,000/day and ROAS drops from 5 to 2 overnight. What steps do you take?
You have 3 audiences: broad, interest-based, and lookalikes. Which one would you scale and why?
