Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Facilitator at The Thought Bulb. The Facilitator will be responsible for leading and conducting experiential team-building and leadership workshops, both in-person and virtually. This role involves designing and delivering engaging activities that promote teamwork, communication, and personal development. While the position is based in Gurugram, there is flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
• Experience in facilitating team-building or leadership workshops.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging experiential learning activities.
• Knowledge of facilitation techniques and group dynamics.
• Flexibility and adaptability in working with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
• Relevant certification in facilitation or training programs.
• Experience in the corporate training or HR industry is a plus.
• Proven track record of fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Experience with various learning methodologies, such as experiential learning, coaching, or mentoring.
• Familiarity with assessment tools to evaluate team performance and progress.
