What you’ll be doing You’ll be a key operational support in the smooth running of a major property portfolio:
Triaging helpdesk requests and allocating actions to contractors & facility managers
Tracking open work orders to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
Reviewing contractor SWMS and escalating any safety or compliance issues
Managing key contractor compliance documents and monitoring expiry dates
Uploading and maintaining essential operational, risk and compliance documentation
Supporting the broader property management team with admin and coordination tasks

What you'll bring:
1–2 years in property, facilities, real estate, building operations, or asset management, OR experience as a Property Administrator, FM/Facilities Coordinator, Building Admin, Tenancy Coordinator, Strata Assistant, or similar
Strong organisational and multitasking capability
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
Solid attention to detail
Comfort with digital systems and Microsoft Office
A genuine interest in property operations and career development in the industry
