About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team in providing comprehensive planning, scheduling, and reporting for all built infrastructure maintenance activity.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality fundamental Master Data records to enable accurate, real-time reporting across the portfolio.
You will work closely with our facilities management team to develop, implement, and maintain a strategic Maintenance Planning structure within Computerised Maintenance Management Software System S/4HANA.
This includes managing the Preventive Maintenance Index along with associated tools, such as Key Performance Indicator spreadsheets to track and record completed maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan.
Manage preventive maintenance index and associated tools.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting across the portfolio.
