POSITION SUMMARY:
This is an awesome opportunity to join MRI’s APAC Talent Team, leading the Facilities Team to craft amazing workspaces and experiences that enable our teams to do their best work. From getting your hands dirty in the day-to-day running of our workspaces, through to leading large-scale projects like office fit-outs and moves – this role will be fun, varied and has the scope to shape and make your own.
As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Leading end-to-end facilities projects, including office fit-outs, relocations, and upgrades—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope, while maintaining minimal disruption to business operations
Operational Leadership: Serving as a positive, dynamic leader that displays creative problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented, proactive approach
Service Delivery: Taking overall responsibility, in a hands-on capacity when necessary, for the delivery of services across front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Procurement: Developing and maintaining positive supplier relationships to ensure timely supply of goods and services to meet business requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
2–4 years’ experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
2+ years’ experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
Strong organisational skills — able to balance day-to-day responsibilities while driving complex projects
Previous experience leading a small team to successfully deliver business outcomes
Solid communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including landlords, property managers, and third-party vendors
Previous experience in a similar facilities role is advantageous but not critical — more important is your passion, motivation, and ability to be an integral part of our success
