Position: Accounts Incharge
Location: Delhi
Job Location (factory):Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
Experience: 3-10 year
Salary: Negotiable
Industry: Manufacturing
Qualification: Graduate
Roles & Responsibilities -
·Execute all company related accounting activities such as daily book keeping, creating vouchers and entries of sale, purchase, expenses, cash / bank, daily ledger etc.
·Prepare and file all statutory taxation in guidance of the company appointed CA, such as GST, PF, ESIC, TDS, TCS, income tax, advance tax, etc.
·Manage company payroll and personnel attendance, payments, ESIC, PF, etc.
·Prepare bills for material being sold, generate e-way bill and other required chalans
·Preparing Profit and loss, balance sheet on quarterly basis, and doing annual fillings
·Handle Petty cash
·Daily reporting directly to the director
·Oversee accounting activities and taxation matters
Experience -
The Candidate should :
·Be 35+ years of age and have prior experience of 5-8 yrs in managing complete company accounts
·Be comfortable with using Tally ERP/Prime , and other software that the company may install
·Most importantly be trustworthy and dependable
