Job description
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Faculty member to join our team at F-TEC. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Tally Prime and Busy, possess deep knowledge of GST and Taxation, and be highly proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, job-oriented curriculum that prepares students for the modern corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Accounting Software: Provide hands-on training in Tally Prime and Busy, focusing on inventory, payroll, and finalization of accounts.
• Taxation & Compliance: Teach the practical application of GST (Returns, E-way bills, ITC) and Income Tax/TDS directly on government portals and accounting software.
• Office Automation: Train students in MS Office, with a heavy emphasis on Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Data Validation) for financial reporting, as well as professional Word documentation and PowerPoint presentations.
• Industry Readiness: Bridge the gap between theory and practice by using real-world data and business scenarios.
• Assessment & Feedback: Conduct weekly practical assignments and provide constructive feedback to ensure every student is industry-ready.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Technical Proficiency: * Expertise in Tally Prime and Busy Win.
• Strong command over MS Office Suite (Expert-level Excel is a must).
• In-depth knowledge of Indian Taxation (GST & IT).
• Education: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent. Certification in Accounting/Taxation is a plus.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in teaching or professional accounting.
• Communication: Proficiency in(Hindi/English) to effectively communicate with students.Preferred Attributes
• Ability to handle both basic and advanced batches.
• Patient and encouraging teaching style.
• Stay updated with the latest software versions and taxation amendments.
