Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
At least 5 years of experience as a Family Law Associate
Proficiency in legal research and drafting
Strong knowledge of family law procedures and local court rules
Litigation experience and a proven ability to represent clients in the courtroom

Key Responsibilities
• Legal Research on various family law issues
• Drafting and preparing legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery requests, etc.)
• Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and overall case management

• Organizing case files and maintaining documentation per firm protocols
• Professional communication with court staff, opposing counsel, and other parties
• Representing clients in settlement negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials
