Candidates must be licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania
A minimum of four (4) years of legal experience is required
Must have experience representing clients in court or before government agencies
Must have experience negotiating settlements for legal disputes
Ideal candidate will have experience as an Elder Law attorney - Wills and Estates Attorney - Probate Attorney
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is necessary

Beacon Hill is actively seeking a Trust and Estates Attorney to become a part of a dynamic legal team. Candidates will represent clients in legal proceedings in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania while managing their own Elder Law and Estate Planning cases. Responsibilities/Qualifications:
• Candidates must be licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Elder Law and/or Estate Planning is preferred.
• Must have experience representing clients in court or before government agencies.
• Must have experience negotiating settlements for legal disputes
• Knowledge of Amicus Attorney Case Management Software is a plus but not required.
• Ideal candidate will have experience as an Elder Law attorney - Wills and Estates Attorney - Probate Attorney
