We are a boutique Family Law Firm in Palm Springs, specializing in Divorce, Child Custody, Spousal Support, Domestic Violence, and more. Our team consists of two full-time Family Law Certified Attorneys dedicated to providing accurate, efficient, and fair results for our clients.
We are currently seeking a temporary full-time Paralegal, with the possibility of a permanent position, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Family Law, including Divorce, Child Custody, and Spousal Support, and must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Essential Forms, and Abacus or similar programs. Familiarity with court practices is essential, along with strong customer service and communication skills.

While we prefer a Family Law Paralegal, we will consider candidates with experience in other specialties.
This in-office position requires availability from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, starting approximately October 1, 2026, through April 1, 2026.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized.
Responsibilities
• Review and draft routine legal documents
• Draft and review financial documents, financial disclosures
• Create and maintain case files
• Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
• Conduct legal research
• Calendar dealines and hearings
• Familarity with Court procedures in Riverside County and San Bernardino County
• Familiarity with Essential Forms or other similar programs
• Familiarity with Abacus or other similar programs
Qualifications
• Experience as a legal secretary or assistant or paralegal
• Family Law Experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
