This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong solicitor to lead and develop the firm's family law practice. As a key member of the team, you will help expand and shape this important area for the firm.

Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, pragmatic, and tenacious solicitor who can approach challenges with a clear business focus. You will help grow the existing team, bringing both technical expertise and strong leadership.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in Family Law and who is keen to develop their career within a forward-thinking firm. A great team player, you will be driven to take this opportunity to the next level, actively contributing to the department's growth.
Requirements
• Strong experience in Family Law
• 5-10 years' PQE with proven technical expertise
• A solid network of clients and referrers, particularly in the local area (though we welcome candidates from outside the region with a history of client development)
• The ability to negotiate effectively and solve complex issues
• A passion for business development, both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, a flexible approach, and the drive to grow the Family Law team
