FAO - O2C Domain Training Expert

You will be working as Finance and Accounting Operations – O2C Domain Training Expert and will be part of Finance Services Business Area for Finance and Accounting Operations Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Continuous Improvement Manager and will be responsible for participating in testing (UAT) activities as needed and initiate or promote sustainable process improvements.
Your responsibilities
Facilitating learning through a variety of delivery methods to onboard new hires and upskill end-users. This could include classroom Instruction, webinars, virtual training, team meetings, on-line learning debriefs, hands-on labs, peer to peer coaching, and train-the-trainer sessions
Training users on O2C processes and appropriate system use. Creating and maintaining user manuals, documentation, virtual gallery, bite sized learning materials and SOPs as needed
Seeking input from and provide feedback to learners to aid with knowledge transfer and behavior change
Engaging with business leaders, users and partners to understand processes, needs, challenges and deliver solutions, and/or issue resolution during activities such as adapt to standard and process reviews
Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) to assist in curriculum development – including revisions to existing course content and new material creation
Communicating process and related system changes to users, including translating system functionality into simple business relevant language
Planning the domain learning portfolio along with quality manager
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience on implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Good working knowledge of SAP and Order to Cash (O2C)
Strong expertise and experience with Six Sigma and Lean tools
Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and address key issues with maximum integrity and professionalism
