We are expanding our global recruiting team and seeking an experienced Government Recruiter based in India who specializes in sourcing and hiring resources for U.S. public sector clients.
Role Overview
As a Government Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and presenting top talent for Federal, State, and Local Government projects in the U.S. You must have prior experience in U.S. Government staffing with an understanding of compliance requirements, security clearance processes, and niche government IT and non-IT skill sets.
Key Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for U.S. Federal, State, and Local Government positions.
• Work on requirements shared by prime contractors and system integrators supporting U.S. public sector projects.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, pre-screening, coordinating interviews, salary negotiations
