We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting activities such as Tally accounting system, payment follow-up, and other accounts related activities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the Tally accounting system.
• Perform payment follow-up activities and ensure timely payment from customers.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of bank statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budget and financial forecasts.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or any other relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Tally accounting system, payment follow-up, and other accounts related activities.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and Tally accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Location preference:
