• Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoices, payments, and expenses.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws.
• Process employee salaries and benefits, handle reimbursement claims, and maintain payroll records.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and financial institutions for payments and reconciliations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA – Finance).
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an engineering/manufacturing company.
• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
