Job Description
• Read and understand correspondence, school documents and EY documents such as the technical pages of the subject guides. Is also able to create summaries or charts and tables from what he or she has read.
• Draft emails based on a description of what is required.
• Work with Google suite, especially, docs, sheets, slides, forms and calendar. Here are some specifics:
• Create forms with appropriate response types based on the nature of the question
• Create presentations on slides based on the description of a concept that have embedded links etc and are pleasing to look at
• manage multiple processes via multiple calendars on Google calendar
• Can organize Google folders and sub-folders with various sharing permissions and appropriately named and organized files
• Interpret basic data from charts and tables: percentages, averages, fractions
• Understand how to convert percentages, create averages, convert fractions etc. on Excel and otherwise
• Work with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Talk to parents and contacts outside the organization over the telephone with appropriate levels of comprehension, politeness and language proficiency.
• During events work with processes and systems
Duties:
• Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
• Managing day-to-day operations of the Director - Early Years.
• Assist Director - Early Years in coordinating and communication work with the teacher team and external stakeholders
• Manage schedules and deadlines pertaining to the EY Programme on guidance from the Director - Early Years. Maintaining appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Organising and maintaining files and records; managing projects and conducting research
• Preparing, editing and analysing correspondence, reports and presentations
• Collecting and analysing information, initiating telecommunications.
• Welcomes guests and parents by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
• Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Completes projects by assigning work to staff & following up on results.
• Secures information by completing data base backups.
• Visiting any branches as and when required
• Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Assist in Event organization of the company
• Follow-up on the work assigned by the Management.
• Reporting of list of Pending work to the Management.
