We are WeeTech Solution Pvt Ltd, a Surat-based reputed IT company. We are a rapidly growing organization having a team of 40 employees and still expanding further.
We are looking for a young, energetic individual with good management, professional ideology, and effective communication skills who can lead and operate our Human Resources department. The eligible candidate should have a good hold on English communication, a positive attitude, and good knowledge of recruitment, and HR operational skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle talent acquisition with end-to-end recruitment and staffing, as per the standard policies and regulations.
Conduct employee onboarding and introductory initiatives.
Maintaining all the documentation effectively in digital as well as a physical format.
Payroll and leave management.
Manage work culture, a pleasant environment, and an ideal atmosphere.
Promote HR programs for employee engagement activities to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Assist in the development and implementation of industry-standard human resource policies.
Conduct exit formalities with a smooth transition.
Coordinate and collaborate with the team and establish a hassle-free communication channel.
Requirements
Communication skills preferably in English language
Good knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with recruitment portals and process
Excellent understanding of HR policies and team management
Problem solving attitude
Leading capabilities
Bridging the gap between management and employees

Salary: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
