We are searching for a Female HR head for a large multistore retail chain
Job code:
FHRHLMR
Female HR Head to handle complete HR for a 400+ crore plus retail chain with 38+ outlets which is growing to 1000+ crore & 50+ outlets
Manage Total HR needs of the Co (work force management, labour issues, payroll, training, hiring, statutory compliances etc)
HR generalist preferably from the Retail industry w 10-20 yrs exp
Sound understanding of labour laws
Must have the ability to work well with the promoter as the company is promoter driven
It's a tough job with long hours as is the norm in the Retail Industry
CTC will be about 10-20LPA based on current CTC & suitability
