Female Support Worker – Casual Position
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis.
About the Role:
You will be supporting clients with daily living activities, promoting independence, and providing high-quality care in a respectful and person-centred manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
Support clients in the community (appointments, outings, etc.)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
Requirements:
Previous experience in disability support or similar role (preferred)
Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Current First Aid & CPR certification
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, compassionate, and professional attitude
