Job Description
General Duties
• Understand Box Office Technology for the event
• Support the leadership of volunteers
• Be point of contact for your location and Box Office Flow
• Be the liaison with Tech Lead as needed
• Attend planned staff meetings
• Complete daily reports
• Manage daily setup and strike of scan stations using electric carts and other equipment.
• Understand when to go to your supervisor for help and be ready to communicate that need if necessary.
Experience and Skills Required
• Box office/ticketing/reservation experience
• Knowledge of Ticketing systems
• Previous experience leading teams in high stress environments
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative work ethic
• Experience providing exemplary customer service and ability to handle stressful situations cool, calm, and collected
• Ability to maintain self-assurance and level-headedness at all times and know when to turn to a supervisor if you cannot perform the job duties

Work Period and Hours
• We need team members from 10/5 - 10/13
• We have early morning shifts, and afternoon/evening shifts, each being about 5-7 hours with long breaks through out the day.
Compensation
• Starting at $25 Per Hour and commensurate with experience
• We have lodging options for those who can travel
